Refunds
Overview
The Refunds module allows businesses to view, issue, and manage refunds based on consumers, currencies, payment processors, and other parameters. Refunds can be partial or total, and each refund transaction receives a unique identifier for full traceability.
Refund requests are always routed through the Paytiko system and can be issued in two ways:
By entering a transaction, pressing the Refund button, selecting the amount, and confirming the request.
Through an API integration, where a refund can also be processed via an existing Pay-Out request (status: requested).
